Shipping Policy
1. Scope
This policy covers Expol insulation and any accessory products bought direct from Foamex (phone, email, or Foamex checkout). Goods purchased through third-party retailers are governed by the retailer’s shipping terms.

5. Delivery – Expol Accessories (Nationwide Parcel)
- Flat rate: $ 10 (GST incl.) Australia-wide, any quantity of accessories.
- Carrier: Australia Post or equivalent tracked courier.
- Lead-time: 2–5 business days metro, 3–8 business days regional.
- Accessories ship separately from insulation panels; mixed orders may arrive in multiple consignments.
6. Outside Our Service Zones
For Expol Black deliveries beyond VIC/SA metro & regional zones, email sales@foamex.com.au for a custom manufacturing & freight quote.
7. Transit Damage & Short Deliveries
Inspect goods on arrival and note any damage or shortage on the driver’s docket. Notify us within 48 hours (with photos) at sales@foamex.com.au. Claims after this window may be declined.
8. Returns & Refunds
Shipping is governed in tandem with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility.
9. Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed to arrange suitable delivery dates you’re your underfloor insulation panels. For accessory orders, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
